Weller Arms Non-Profit Homes Inc.

Weller Arms entrance, 65 Daly Street, Kingston Weller Arms was founded in 1989 by members of St. Matthews United Church in Kingston, ON. After severing a portion of the church's property at Weller Avenue and Daly Street, a thirty-unit low rise apartment building was built at 65 Daly Street and opened in early 1991. Senior applicants are given priority for housing.

One- and two-bedroom units are available at both market rent and rent-geared-to-income. Some units are equipped for wheelchair accessibility. The building is equipped with an elevator, laundry room, garbage and recycling centre, a common room with kitchen for entertaining and social activities, as well as an outdoor patio. There is a parking fee for residents with vehicles, visitor parking is available for guests.

Weller Arms is overseen by a Board of Directors made up of volunteers from the community. There are two staff members working part-time to meet the operational needs.
